SHORT AND LONG PASTA IS EXTRUDED THROUGH BRONZE USING A BLEND OF ORGANIC ITALIAN SEMOLINA AND ANCIENT BRITISH GRAINS.
STUFFED PASTA IS MADE BY HAND FROM THE BEST '00 FLOUR AND FRESHEST EGGS FROM WOODLANDS FARM, CLOSE TO STEVIE'S HOUSE.
We work hard to cater for all dietary requirements. Our gluten-free pasta is excellent and we have a dedicated vegan/vegetarian menu which you can see here. Let us know what you need and we will endeavour to look after you.
