All of our pasta is made on-site every day by our devoted team of Pastai.

Short and long semolina pasta is extruded through bronze.

Stuffed pasta is made by hand from the best '00' flour and eggs from Rodley Court.

We have a gluten free pasta available for most dishes. Just ask!
