Following the UK Government’s announcement on March 20th, Pastaio will be closed in Soho and Westfield London with immediate effect.

Short and long pasta is extruded through bronze using a blend of organic Italian semolina and ancient British grains.
Stuffed pasta is made by hand from the best '00 flour and freshest eggs from Rodley Court in Kent.
At Pastaio we buy incredibly high quality produce from people we know, people who are producing amazing ingredients in sustainable, traditional ways. Eggs from Rodley Court where the chickens live a life of luxury, Ricotta freshly made everyday in West London so we get it on the day it is made, organic grains and the best tomatoes we can buy from the sunny Southern Italy, the best small-farm olive oil made just for us and more.
The menu is radically seasonal and can change in an instant if the season shifts. We use this produce to make the best food we can; wholesome, generous dishes borne of our obsession with quality. We serve our dishes at the most affordable prices possible and we want to help get as many people as we can into high quality fresh pasta.
We want our fresh pasta restaurants to be as inclusive as possible. Everyone is welcome.
We work hard to cater for all dietary requirements. Our gluten-free pasta is excellent, we have a dedicated vegan/vegetarian menu and we can cater to most preferences. Just let us know what you need and we will endeavour to look after you.
Unfortunately, because all our food is made on-site in small kitchens, despite our best efforts it is impossible to guarantee dishes are always 100% free of allergens.
